A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.

We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. Our content identifies how New London County records are divided among municipal police, Connecticut Superior Court, DESPP's State Police Bureau of Identification, CT DOC, and the Connecticut Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not used to create consumer reports or third-party criminal-record files.
